The journal

Exposed FX Journal (journal.exposedfx.com) is run by Exposedfx LTD. ("we"). By signing in you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Who can use it

The journal is free for members of the Exposed FX VIP Telegram channel who are 18 or over, and for people we give access to directly. You sign in with your own Telegram account. Access ends when you leave the VIP or when we remove access we gave you. Your journal is then locked, and deleted 30 days later unless you rejoin before then. We may also end access for anyone who misuses the journal.

Not financial advice

The journal records and analyses trades you have already made. Nothing in it, including the statistics, insights, simulations and the AI coach, is investment, financial or trading advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a prediction of what any market will do. Past results don't predict future results. Trading leveraged products such as forex, gold, indices and CFDs carries a high risk of losing money, and you are responsible for every trading decision you make.

The AI coach

The coach is an AI that works from your own journal data. It can be wrong, incomplete or misread your data, so check anything important against your own records. Each member gets a monthly number of AI credits, and the coach may pause for everyone when the journal's monthly limit is reached.

Your data and the connector

You are responsible for what you put in your journal and for keeping your Telegram account and connector token private. The MT5 connector only reads your trade history and never places, changes or closes trades; you install it on your own platform at your own choice. Figures in the journal depend on the data your broker, platform or files provide, so they may differ from your broker's statements.

Sharing your results

If you share an account's results page, you decide what it shows and who you send it to. Don't present shared results in a misleading way, for example as a promise of future returns.

Fair use

Don't try to access other members' journals, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use the journal to send spam or malware.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the journal running and your data safe, with daily backups of the database (screenshots aren't included), but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. If we ever close the journal, we'll give members reasonable notice so they can download their data.

Liability

The journal is provided free of charge and as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect losses arising from your use of the journal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
